Welcome to BeFertile. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website located at https://befertile.co (the “Website”), operated by Erika Hudacova, trading as BeFertile / Fertility by Erika (“we”, “us”, “our”, “Company”).

Purchases, Payments, and Refunds

a) Payments
All payments for services and products made through the Website are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and payment information. By making a purchase, you authorize us (through our third-party processors) to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount of your purchase.

b) Payment Options

(a) One-time payment – due in full at booking.

(b) Instalment plans – the first instalment is due at booking; remaining instalments are charged automatically on the dates shown on your invoice / checkout page.

c) Refund Policy

Coaching Services: All payments for one-on-one coaching, group programs, consultations, and service packages are non-refundable. Your payment secures your place in our schedule and grants you access to proprietary information.

Digital Products: All sales of digital products, including e-books and pre-recorded workshops and courses, are final and non-refundable due to their immediate, downloadable nature.

d) Late or Missed Payments

If an instalment fails, you will receive an email reminder and a 3-day grace period. After 7 days the service or programme access will be paused until the balance is cleared. A re-activation fee may apply.

e) Rescheduling Policy
If you need to reschedule a one-on-one coaching session, you must provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice in writing to erika@befertile.co. Sessions rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed sessions, will be forfeited without a refund or credit. Any exceptions are at the sole discretion of the Company.

Our Website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites you visit.
