Let me tell you something personal...

I didn’t grow up learning how to listen to my body.

At 11, my cycle completely took over my life - painful and heavy periods, fear of embarrassing accidents, missed school and social events and the constant question: “What’s wrong with me?”

As part of "being a woman" I was taught to push through the pain, to normalize hormonal chaos, and to stay quiet.

But deep down, I knew something wasn’t right.

Doctors told me everything was “normal” and gave me the "magic pill".

But I knew I didn’t want to live like that.

So I decided to figure it out myself.

At 21, I was so desperate, I started studying the science behind reproduction and hormones.

I began to rebuilt my habits, nourish my body, look for root cause, and eventually - heal naturally.

For the first time in life I felt in control. I finally felt in tune and balanced.

Now, I help other women do the same.
